  • Can I update my account information?

  • I forgot my password. What should I do?
    Sure! On the login screen, you’ll see a “Forgot password?” link below the password field. Click on it and proceed with further steps.

  • What to do if vendors doesn't have product as shown of gift voucher?

    First of all, we are sorry for this that happened to You, but please be kind and choose from these options:

    • If You really really want that one product, what You've received, please be kind and visit another day, we know, that our partner will restock it by another day;
    • You can choose different product for the same value;
    • You can choose lower value product, but in this case, money difference is not returnable;
    • You can choose more expensive product, but please pay the difference for it.

     

  • What happens if a venue closes for ever?
    If you encounter any problems redeeming your voucher due to a venue closure, we’re here to help. Reach out to us at hello@treatou.com, and we'll give You credits for same amount as Your gift voucher had and You will be able to pick other product from different venue for same value.
  • How long are the coupons valid?
    Our coupons, including gift vouchers, are designed to give you plenty of time to enjoy your rewards!

    Gift Vouchers Redeemable at Venues: If you’ve purchased a gift voucher that can be redeemed at a venue like Strange Love or another store, these vouchers are generally valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. For instance, a voucher purchased on April 2, 2025, would be valid until October 2, 2025. This longer validity period ensures you have ample time to use your voucher at your convenience.
  • Can I send multiple gifts from different vendors at one voucher?

    Sorry, but no. If you’re purchasing our gift vouchers (e.g., for Pinavija or other stores), you can buy only one vouchers from that vendor at once, but You can put as many products You like from the same vendor to the voucher!

  • Can I customize the gift message?
    Yes, you can customize the gift message for your order on checkout page! We understand that adding a personal touch makes gift-giving even more special, so we’ve made it easy for you to include a personalized message with your purchase.

Payments & Billing

  • Can I apply a discount code to my purchase?

    If You do have a discount code, You can enter it at Checkout page and You will get a discount. Enjoy!

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard. Also we accept plenty of banks payments. Additionally, we support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options for a seamless checkout experience. Choose whatever option is more suitable to You!

  • Is my payment information secure?

    Yes, your payment information is completely secure. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure that your personal and financial details are protected at all times.

Vouchers & Purchases

  • How I can exchange the gift voucher and take the gift that I've received?

    First of all, we are happy, that You've received a gift from someone, who cares about You! 

    You've received an email with QR code, which You will have to bring to venue (You also can see on that email, venue name from where You received that gift voucher) and show them QR code, which will be scanned and exchanged to gift that You deserve.

    By the way, if You will scan QR code Yourself, or You will check the gift what You got on the email You've got, please DO NOT press button "Redeem", cause if You will do that, gift voucher won't be active anymore.

  • How do I purchase a gift voucher?

    Good question! Firstly, pick a chosen product (You can do that throught our partners list, search engine, map or just straight from all products list - however You like). Then, decide which and how many products (You can only add products to a voucher from one vendor) You would like to buy. Press Checkout and You will see voucher page. Please add greetings there to the one, who will receive voucher, don't forget to add her/his email (they will receive an email with a gift voucher), choose voucher design, then press "Create voucher" and click (ofcourse read it please) on checkbox with confirming our companies policies and terms of use. After it press "Checkout" and You will be taken to the payment page where You will fill all neccessery information, choose best paying option for Yourself and that's it.
